THE USER WILL REQUIRE AN ADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY. 

HIRE RATE: 

  • A minimum of one weeks’ notice is required for hiring & off hiring equipment. Hire charges will continue if items are not available for collection (or hirer has not returned) after 1 week notice period has lapsed.

  • All prices exclude Delivery/Collection.

  • Prices quoted exclude VAT. Terms are Net Monthly.

  • All prices quoted are valid for weekday contracts from 0800-1630 Mon-Thurs & 0800-1530 Fri.

  • Weekend, Evening, Bank Holiday, or Christmas working can be quoted upon request.

  • Fitter cover is available within working hours as set out above.

  • Fitter cover outside of these hours can also be quoted upon request.

  • Hire charges cannot be suspended for any other reason than the annual Christmas shut-down period. Insurances must remain in place.

  • All equipment is offered subject to availability.

  • Quotation is valid until superseded by a renewed rates communication from Premier Concrete Pumping Ltd. In any event quotation is valid for a maximum 12 months.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • Hirer to supply adequate water supply and suitable wash-out facilities.

  • Agitators will be weighed in and out of our depot and a copy of the weight ticket will be sent with the Agitator at the start of the hire. Upon completion of the hire, any excess concrete at 0.25t and above will be charged at £1200.00 per tonne plus transport, where applicable.

  • All equipment will be inspected upon return and any damages or cleaning charges will be advised withing 48 hours of return.

  • Any ancillary equipment missing on return will be advised for charge or return.

  • Familiarisation training can be quoted upon request.

  • Specification sheets and Operator manuals are available on request.

  • Please note that any account overpayments will be removed from your statement after 3 months.

  • Basic daily & weekly maintenance are the responsibility of the hirer (PCP will provide daily check sheets), engine management lights are to be reported immediately to PCP Breakdown Supervisor. CPA Model Conditions For The Hiring Of Plant 9.(a) Any breakdown or the unsatisfactory working of or damage to any part of the Plant must be notified immediately to the Owner and confirmed in writing.

CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY:

  • All equipment is supplied according to the CPA Model Conditions for the Hiring of Plant (2021) in conjunction with the Supplementary Conditions for Concrete Pumping - available on request.

  • The customer is responsible for providing suitable concrete for the pumping operation.

  • The customer is responsible for providing competent operators for the pump and boom. The

  • industry standard qualification is the Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) Operator Card for category A44 Concrete Pump Trailer Mounted & category A72 Static Concrete Placing Boom.

  • The customer is responsible for supplying the correct fuel / power, oil and grease for the equipment.

  • The customer is responsible for providing adequate insurance for the equipment for the duration of the hire including during off-loading, erection, dismantling and loading.

  • Acceptance of the Plant or any personnel supplied by the Camfaud Group on site implies acceptance of all terms and conditions herein unless otherwise previously agreed in writing.
